Ok Im new and will be level 4 in a few minutes

If there is a place my question is answered here sorry I didnt see it. Anyway like I said Im a level 4 and I am "vamping" (I guess its called) right now Im adding all stat gains to Dur, should I be buying anything or upgrading anything or putting stats anywhere else, I am under the impression that getting to lvl 10 is my priority right now. Is there a basic in game goal for me I dont know about right now? Any and all tips are bothe welcome and apreaciated. Thank you for your help and for having me.

Right now my str is 6818 my dur is 23647 my dex is 5474 my ntl is 3038 my agi is 5474 my cnc is 5852 my cnt is 4270 if that helps any. Thx again
